Getting Rid of What Doesn't Work

In life- there's the good, the bad and the ugly.

Who wants the ugly? (Not me!) And I know it's hard to always do what is right (ie. not drinking, smoking or getting into bad rships) But sometimes what feels good isn't actually good! (duh!) You see, you were born with an intangible, undefined, unexplainable sensation in your head called a conscience. It's there day and night, 24/7 and you'll know if what you're doing is wrong or right.

I had my Health Science class to day and my Professor raised a good point, "Get rid of what doesn't work" And he told the class about how he was tempted to do something bad, BUT, his life right now is going so well, that he did not want to mess up that positive flowing energy of good vibrations.
He ultimately had a great point--it's important to surround yourself with positive people who have fun and upbeat attitudes/energies. And if you already know that a group of people are negative and frequently slip into bad habits, then try and stay away from them, that's just the sourness trying to lure you in.

therefore, surround yourself with great people and always shoot for what is morally right.
