Trying to become a tough person nowadays can be a bit challenging especially for a young lady. We are bombarded with excessive media schemes about looking like this or feeling like that... that it begins to make young women feel less than special.
I think that the school system should really teach classes about self-development, managing money and investing at an earlier age. There's much more to life outside of school and sometimes I even forget that and I get caught up with final deadlines, midterms and group projects.
I really believe that being in school is also a test to see what other skills you have. What is it that you do outside of school that brings one joy and passion is also something we must notice because one day, school will be over and the school of life will continue.
So don't shy away from doing things that you love to do, even if other people tell you otherwise
