The Moon was Huge Earlier Last Night!
God is Watching Us!
At certain times of the day (usually at night) different types of popular self-improvement and life phrases pop into my mind. And what's funny is that I am barely repeating those phrases in my mind because they are making sense now.
One quote that struck me out of nowhere at 2:40am was..."Knowing is only half the battle." And I barely realized the significance of that short and sweet phrase. This phrase is undeniably true because you can know so much, be the smartest person in your class, BUT if you refuse to share/monetize what you know and what you have learned...then you're ultimately keeping your gift and talent to yourself and not sharing it with other people who need your help. Once you begin to realize what this universe is asking of you, then you too will know the meaning of life!
In my opinion, I think it's a serious deprivation when people (especially younger kids) have to hide their talents because it was never recognized or was thought of as something unimportant. I know that from experience! My parents and relatives hardly ever told me to pursue what I love to do! Nobody!
Nobody said to just live YOUR life, become the change you see in the world. Keep doing what you're good at or figure out what you're good at! Nobody ever told me that and here I am paying the consequences of having 2 more extra super senior years of college to go all because nobody ever told me to figure out what I love to do!
And it's all because someone told us otherwise. Don’t get me wrong, I am very grateful for my education and the experience that comes with learning; it’s just that sometimes society forces and influences us to become people we are not. So please-BE yourself and try and recognize YOUR talents because you were created uniquely to make a difference in this world.
I was, I am, I will BE...
