Spontaneity

In life, there's usually a rubric that we all follow. We start off young, we go to school, we finish schooling if we chose to, we find a job/career and then sometimes we find a partner, get married and have kids. Usually, that's the way life unveils itself. In the middle of all that contains what I call, "Spontaneity." This is what makes that rubric of life worthwhile. If you look under the online Merriam-Webster dictionary, "Spontaneity" one definition defines it as, "Voluntary or undetermined action or movement; also : its source" This reminds me of being free and that's part of the reason why I think being spontaneous makes life more fun. However, there are individuals who cannot experience this because they live a busy life that doesn't allow for much spontaneous activity. If that's you, perhaps find some alone time and maybe your alone time is only during the weekends, but find time to do what you want to do and be spontaneous (in a good way!) It is then when you can really feel the power freedom, happiness and gratitude.

"I Got You Something"

A short and simple phrase that can excite almost anyone.
I heard this phrase today and I believe this is one of the most generous, thoughtful and caring gestures anyone can do.

Whether big or small that "something" is, giving is really a sign of gratitude and thoughtfulness. Sometimes we only want to receive and get things for ourselves and rarely do we give something just for the heck of it. Giving is a part of receiving, because when we give to others, we also receive in return, it's just the way the world works.

Some simple ways to give are through donations, giving a card with a warm greeting, helping out another person, giving some good intentions to another person and lending a hand to volunteer.

"It is every man's obligation to put back into the world at least the equivalent of what he takes out of it." -Albert Einstein
